NOTICE: The application uses location services on your phone. The measuring wheel works like a compass, and the location services sets a point on the wheel that orientates the wheel so that it can use directional magnetic forces to measure the degree of change between points on the wheel. Each line is 1 degree of distance, as the wheel turns in any direction. 

2. The application uses your camera, as the window to allow you to view, with Zoom, the area you want to measure in real-time, in a real view with the measuring wheel application as an overlay over the area. (That is the advantage of our system) 

BalOut does not collect any personal data or information, nor do we store location information.   We have no individual accounts and do not require a sign-in. All payments are handled by and through Apple App Store and your Apple Account. We have no intention to collect information on users in the future. The only information provided to the company is the standard analytical data supplied by the Apple App Store in terms of views, sells, downloads etc. It is a direct purchase item. Please read the about section and review the videos of BalOut before purchase. 

There are no refunds. 

BalOut is a golf utility created for fun, for educational purposes and to assist golfers in determining position, slope, or procedure and lines for better play in all the aspects of the game that the user can find a use for the product. BalOut does not guarantee results and is built to increase the resources for approximation in all the environments in the game of golf that the user feels is appropriate for application. 

The company and all of its employees or associates and associated businesses are indemnified from any failures of the product at anytime due to any circumstances. The company will always work to provide whatever it can to continue to support the good operation of the product from a programming point of view as the environment of digital mobile applications continue to evolve, however, the company and all of associates cannot predict the future and thus cannot guarantee that the product will always exist. The user takes the responsibility at purpose that the product may have a limited life. 

The product as presented is a wholly owned copyrighted product of The Worldwide Exchange International and its associated companies. Infringement of that right will be addressed vigorously. 

Balout is intended for use for all ages and is safe for all intended purposes as a golf utility digital aid.
